No, you are right I think. It's visual pollution.
I reckon that when Pell said "I'm a bit of a sceptic about the claim that human activity is likely to produce a man-made catastrophe", he was really just saying that he and the pope are super-human. Pell might even be secretly delighted to be the initiator of a man-made catastrophe. What the world needs now... is more Catholic babies. (Oh, sarcasm is so base)
